Kids in Flight™ is hosting our second Soaring for Dreams Charity Gala™ at Brennan's Catering and Banquet Center on September 18, 2010. This event will raise funds for ongoing aviation programs and annual events, such as Wings of Wonder™ for seriously ill children.
Soaring for Dreams will feature heavy hors d'oeuvres, desserts, beer, wine, and soft drinks. In addition to great food, there will be music, dancing, games, raffles, and many more fun activities to enjoy! The attire will be business casual.
Kids in Flight is a nonprofit organization that provides seriously ill children an opportunity to escape by soaring above the crises, complications and struggles of their illnesses. All programs are at no cost to the families and are funded through the generosity of our sponsors and donors.
Support the event
We must receive generous donations from local and regional businesses as well as individual benefactors in order to continue our programs. The Soaring for Dreams Charity Gala is a great way to support us, since it will be held immediately following our Wings of Wonder event.
Please consider supporting our event in any of the following ways:
1. Purchase Soaring for Dreams Tickets
Purchase tickets now for the Soaring for Dreams Charity Gala (advanced ticket purchase is required). Tickets are limited and are available on a first come, first served basis. Registration will close at 5pm on the day of the event. Ticket prices are as follows: $60 per person, $110 per couple, $400 per table (eight tickets). See below for sponsorship prices.
2. Donate Raffle Items
We are in need of merchandise, gift certificates or service donations for raffle. Some ideas include vacation getaways, jewelry, sporting event packages or autographed memorabilia. In exchange, you will receive excellent recognition. Your company will be listed on our website and your donation will be on display the evening of the event. Your company may also be mentioned in media interviews.
Please send your donation to the attention of Wendy Insana at the address listed below. Items must be received no later than September 3, 2010. You may also arrange for your item to be picked up by contacting Wendy Insana via email at info@kidsinflight.org.

3. Sponsor Soaring for Dreams
Companies or individuals who are interested in becoming an event sponsor may contact Maria Weybrecht at maria@kidsinflight.org. Sponsorship levels include: Silver ($500), Gold ($750), and Platinum ($1,000).
Each level includes one table (eight tickets) and varying levels of recognition.
If you cannot participate in the Soaring for Dreams Charity Gala directly, your cash donations are always appreciated.
