Kids In Flight™ is hosting the first annual Soaring For Dreams Charity Gala™ at the 100th Bomb Group on May 5, 2007. This event will raise funds for ongoing aviation programs and annual events such as Wings of Wonder™ for seriously ill children.
The mission of Kids In Flight is to use aviation as a tool to empower seriously ill children and their families through flight experiences and educational programs. Kids In Flight is a nonprofit organization that provides seriously ill children an opportunity to escape by soaring above the crises, complications and struggles of their illnesses. All programs are at no cost to the families and are funded through the generosity of our sponsors and donors.
Support the event
Kids In Flight must receive generous donations from local and regional businesses as well as individual benefactors. Please consider supporting our event in any of the following ways:
1. Donate Auction Items
We are in need of merchandise, gift certificates or service donations for our silent auction. We are also in need of live auction items, including—but not limited to—vacation getaways, jewelry, sporting event packages or autographed memorabilia. In exchange, you will receive excellent recognition. Your company will be listed in the event program and your donation will be on display the evening of the event. Your company may also be mentioned in media interviews.
Please send your donation to the attention of Kelly Shaffer at the address listed below. Items must be received no later than April 6, 2007, in order for them to appear in the event program. You may also arrange for your item to be picked up by contacting Kelly Shaffer at 330-405-6638 or via email at registration@kidsinflight.org.

2. Purchase Soaring For Dreams Tickets
Advanced ticket purchase is necessary. Tickets may be purchased in advance for the Soaring For Dreams Charity Gala to be held at The 100th Bomb Group on May 5, 2007. If you are interested, please email Kelly Shaffer at registration@kidsinflight.org. Tickets are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
3. Purchase Event Program Advertising Space
We hope that you will consider participating by placing an ad in our event program. Click here for information on the level of ads available for purchase. In exchange, you will receive excellent community exposure. Your company will be listed in the event program and may also be mentioned in media interviews. Please send your ad request to the attention of Jen Kirkpatrick at the address listed below. Ads must be received no later than April 6, 2007, in order for them to appear in the event program.
